Position Summary

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications. This role involves translating business requirements and user needs into functional, visually appealing designs through research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and basic usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in design systems and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability standards.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Basic knowledge of usability testing methodologies.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
