Giving Back with Purpose 🙌 As part of Tudip's 15th Foundation Day celebrations, we were honored to host two incredible organizations — A Ray of Hope and Sparsh Balgram — whose selfless work continues to impact countless lives. 🤝 As a gesture of solidarity and support, Tudip made heartfelt donations to both organizations to aid in their ongoing efforts. We hope this contribution strengthens their mission and helps bring smiles to more young faces. In the spirit of gratitude and giving back, this Diwali at Tudip Technologies, we embraced the opportunity to support our extended community members from Swarna Nagri NGO and Navjeevan Blind School. We also honored the true heroes, our protectors — the local Police by distributing hoodies recognizing their unwavering dedication to keeping us safe, especially during the festive season.

Building Bridges of Support: Labor Day, 27 May 2023
Tudip Technologies is proud to announce our Community Connect Initiative, dedicated to empowering workers by distributing brand-new clothes in honour of Labour Day. As a responsible corporate entity, we recognise the importance of going beyond profit and making a positive impact in the lives of hardworking hands, who tirelessly contribute to our society. By distributing new clothes, we aim to uplift workers' spirits, enhance their self-esteem, and contribute to their overall happiness and job satisfaction.
CSR Activity at MAI Bal Bhavan, 25 March 2023
Our company organised a volunteer programme at "MAI Bal Bhavan" in which staff interacted with children, aided instructors in the classrooms, or assisted with their extracurricular activities. This will help not just the pupils, but will also instill a feeling of social duty in the staff. By supporting a blind school charity, Tudip could make a meaningful contribution towards empowering visually impaired students and promoting inclusive education. It's important to note that specific initiatives and actions would depend on the needs and requirements of the blind school charity, and Tudip would need to engage in discussions and collaborations to identify the most effective ways to support the cause.
Bhumi, You Will Be Missed! 26 February 2023
Bhumi, a vivacious 11-year-old girl from a middle-class family, developed GBS in the first week of February. As Tudip is always committed to supporting girls' empowerment, we offered medical and financial help to Bhumi and her parents and started sponsoring her medical expenses. Sadly, in spite of all the valiant efforts by the doctors and support staff of Government Medical College of Jabalpur, Bhumi lost the battle on the morning of 25th Feb. Bhumi, thank you for all the joy, smiles and hopes that you spread in this short span of time.
CSR Activity on Republic Day, 26 January 2023
On the occasion of India's 74th Republic Day, we bow down to the Tricolor. We salute & humbly stand in solidarity with the constitution of India. A code of conduct that drives and defines 1.4 Billion Indians. It has been an honour for us to visit Paraplegic Rehabilitation Center (PRC) on Republic Day. PRC is a program for members of the Indian Armed Forces who have been medically boarded out, or retired from service, as a result of spinal cord injuries sustained while serving the country. Tudip's CSR contributed a modest amount to show gratitude for the services provided by our armed forces. These smallest deeds take up the most space in someone's heart, as giving is not just about making a donation but a difference. The Tudip team demonstrates its commitment to such socially responsible causes repeatedly, as part of its belief that "We Rise by Lifting Others."
"We Stand by You" Activity by Tudipians, 24 January 2022
To honor the late Himanshu Singh Patel's sad demise from COVID, the team Tudip delivered the cheque which includes one year's salary, to his family in Indore. He got hired through Tudip's campus recruitment process and worked with us for 1.5 years. An initiative called "We Stand by You" was launched by Tudip during COVID-19. The family members of Tudipian losing life due to Covid-19 will continue to receive a salary for one year and Tudip will also take care of the education of the children till their graduation.
Independence Day Special
This Independence Day, we decided to make a difference that truly matters. Tudip Team will be visiting the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Center, where we will have the privilege to meet some incredible individuals who were medically boarded out or retired from service due to spinal injury while serving the nation, inspiring us with their resilience and determination. As a small token of our gratitude and solidarity, we will be donating a fridge and offering refreshments to support the amazing work they do. We believe that giving back to our community is an essential part of celebrating the spirit of freedom and unity. Let's spread the message of compassion and empathy this Independence Day. Let's remember the sacrifices made by countless heroes who fought for our freedom, and honor their legacy by making a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Jai Hind!
