Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our Business Development Representative (BDR) training sessions. This role is critical to ensuring smooth planning, scheduling, and execution of enablement programs, allowing our training team to focus on content delivery and impact.
You will work closely with Enablement, Sales Operations, and BDR leadership to coordinate session logistics, maintain calendars, and provide behind-the-scenes support for a seamless learning experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions, workshops, and webinars for BDRs across time zones.
- Set up and manage calendar invites, Zoom/Teams links, and training room bookings (as applicable).
- Collaborate with trainers, guest speakers, and stakeholders to confirm availability and logistics.
- Maintain and update the training calendar and internal communications.
- Track attendance and collect feedback post-session.
- Provide technical support during virtual sessions (e.g., screen sharing, recordings, troubleshooting).
- Manage and organize training materials and resources in shared drives or LMS platforms.
- Assist with new hire onboarding logistics related to BDR enablement.
- Monitor and escalate any scheduling conflicts or logistics issue.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and basic LMS or CMS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a sales or training enablement environment is a plus.
Preferred Qualities
- Familiarity with sales terminology and BDR workflow.
- Previous experience supporting enablement or learning and development teams.
- Comfortable working across time zones with distributed teams.
