We’re looking for a dynamic Partner Solutions Manager – Data & AI to drive strategic alliances, strengthen partner relationships, and accelerate our Data & AI solutions growth. Key Responsibilities

• Build & manage strategic relationships with technology, cloud, and channel partners.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies and drive partner-led revenue opportunities.
• Identify customer needs & align Data, Analytics & AI solutions with partner capabilities.
• Enable partners through product demos, solution presentations & training sessions.
• Drive pipeline creation, deal execution & partner performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Product & Engineering teams for solution success.
• Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Partner Management / Alliances / Channel Sales.
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms & AI technologies.
• Experience working with partners like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships & manage complex deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Data Architecture, Analytics Platforms, MLOps, GenAI.
• Existing partner network in the Data & AI ecosystem.
• MBA or Technical Degree preferred.
