Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in backend development and hands-on experience in Java, the Spring ecosystem, and microservices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms ( AWS / GCP / Azure ).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow best practices for coding standards, testing methodologies, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Maven/Gradle.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and application monitoring tools.
