Position Summary:
We are looking for a Community & Social Manager to turn partner advocacy from passive visibility into an active, engaging social presence. This role will focus on building and managing a partner-first community, driving meaningful engagement, and increasing partner-led advocacy and leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage a Social Enablement & Partner Advocacy Program.
- Build and grow a partner-first online community with two-way conversations.
- Drive partner advocacy through social content, discussions, and champion programs.
- Implement social listening and feedback loops to capture partner insights.
- Enable real-time engagement such as Q&A sessions, peer support, and expert interaction.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
- Track and report community engagement and advocacy metrics.
- Continuously improve engagement strategies based on data and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in community management, social media, or partner marketing.
- Strong understanding of social engagement and online communities.
- Experience managing online communities or forums.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics or community tools.
