Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with transformer-based Models, LLM engineering, scalable backend systems, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered applications using transformer-based LLMs.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-aware AI systems.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance.
• Build end-to-end LLM pipelines using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Integrate vector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval.
• Develop Python-based backend services and REST APIs.
• Design scalable systems using microservices and distributed architecture.
• Deploy AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
• Strong understanding of Transformer architecture and LLMs.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering and RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).

Good to Have

• Experience with AI platforms or developer tools.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle management.
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks.
