Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer (French-speaking) to design and deliver impactful training programs for enterprise learners. This role requires deep expertise in the technical ecosystem combined with the ability to effectively engage and educate French-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on the platform in French.
• Design, develop, and customize training materials, hands-on labs, and learning paths aligned with client needs.
• Train participants across key areas, including:
  • Data Engineering (ETL processes, pipelines)
  • Data Warehousing and Analytics
  • Machine Learning workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training requirements and define learning objectives.
• Provide ongoing learner support through Q&A sessions, hands-on exercises, and post-training guidance.
• Continuously update training content based on platform advancements and industry trends.
• Partner with internal teams to scale and standardize training programs across regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Delta Lake, Apache Spark, notebooks, workflows.
• Proficiency in:
  • Apache Spark (PySpark / Scala)
  • SQL and data modeling
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and strong communication skills in English.
• Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications (e.g., Data Engineer, ML Engineer).
• Experience in curriculum design or instructional design.
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms and large-scale implementations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
