Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and modern AI technologies including Generative AI and LLMs. This role involves leading a team, defining architecture, and delivering end-to-end AI solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and systems for real-world applications
• Architect scalable and production-ready ML pipelines and data workflows
• Work on advanced AI areas such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Ensure best practices in model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Drive model optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement innovative solutions
• Handle end-to-end lifecycle: data preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT)
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Statistics
• Experience with model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs)
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building AI-driven products at scale
• Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Prior experience in leading teams or projects
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML systems

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• PhD is a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
