Position Summary:

We are seeking a senior Technical PM to drive the operational and technical scaling of the Global Partner Migrate & Modernize (M&M) program. You will lead the development of technical migration accelerators, manage partner feedback loops, and execute field activation events to increase the velocity and quality of partner-led migrations to Databricks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migration Accelerator Development: Research, develop, and deliver 100 technical migration guides (Accelerators) aligned to specific source systems including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Hadoop, Teradata, and Netezza.
• Technical Benchmarking: Evaluate and benchmark partner tooling approaches to refine the Databricks Partner Recommendation (BU+1) engine.
• Field Activation & Execution: Lead the organization and scaling of “Partner Prospecting Days,” facilitating two global events per month to drive sales and enablement.
• Data-Driven Governance: Establish internal monitoring for Partner NPS and feedback; deliver monthly NPS summaries and quarterly tooling benchmarks to program leadership.
• Program Management: Participate in weekly syncs with the Global Program Lead to review progress against a high-volume deliverable schedule.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and source system architectures (e.g., Data Warehousing, Hadoop, SQL).
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze NPS data and technical performance metrics to refine recommendation logic and program quality.
• Project Leadership: Proven experience managing high-volume deliverables (e.g., 100+ technical units/year) and coordinating large-scale field events.

Key Deliverables:

• 100 Migration Accelerators per year with Tooling/methodology validation.
• 24 Partner Prospecting Day events per year.
• Quarterly Partner Tooling Benchmarks and Monthly NPS Summaries.
