What We’re Looking For

• 7-8 years of Java/Spring Boot development with at least 3 years in a tech lead or architect role.
• Demonstrated experience building financial, ERP, or reporting platforms — consolidation, GL, or close management domain knowledge is a strong plus.
•  Hands-on experience with cloud-native deployments (AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong grasp of multithreading, performance optimization, and building audit-grade systems.
• Experience integrating AI/ML features into enterprise Java applications is a differentiator. Excellent communication — you’ll interact directly with client functional teams during UAT and go-live cycles.
