Job Summary

Tudip is looking for a Strategic Resource Manager to drive workforce planning, resource optimization, and talent allocation across our strategic partner ecosystem.

This role goes beyond traditional resource management or staffing coordination. The Strategic Resource Manager will develop a strong understanding of our partner businesses, upcoming opportunities, required skills, and available talent across Tudip. The individual will proactively anticipate demand, identify the right resources, optimize utilization of existing talent, and significantly reduce the time required to staff partner opportunities.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking, business understanding, resource planning, and cross-functional execution. Success in this role means having the right people, with the right skills, available at the right time and at the right economics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Resource Planning

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Tudip’s strategic partners, their technology eco
• systems, current engagements, pipeline, and anticipated resource requirements.
• Translate partner pipeline and business forecasts into short- and medium-term workforce requirements.
• Proactively identify potential resource gaps before they impact partner opportunities or project delivery.
• Build resource plans across 30-, 60-, and 90-day horizons.
• Partner with business, delivery, recruitment, and partner leadership to align talent supply with anticipated demand.

Resource Optimization

• Maintain real-time visibility into available resources, upcoming roll-offs, utilization, skills, experience, location, cost, and deployment readiness.
• Maximize utilization of existing Tudip resources before initiating external hiring.
• Identify underutilized talent and proactively match individuals to appropriate partner opportunities.
• Evaluate whether existing resources can be cross-skilled or upskilled to meet upcoming partner demand.
• Balance business requirements, skill fit, employee development, utilization, and project economics while making allocation recommendations.
• Identify systemic causes of bench time, allocation delays, and resource mismatches and drive corrective actions.

Faster Resource Allocation

• Establish a fast and predictable resource allocation process for partner opportunities.
• Create and maintain pools of pre-qualified resources for high-demand partner skills.
• Reduce turnaround time from resource request to candidate identification and deployment.
• Proactively identify resources against likely opportunities rather than waiting for formal staffing requests.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, internal approvals, and allocation decisions to minimize delays.
• Escalate resource conflicts quickly and drive decisions across competing priorities.

Partner Talent Strategy

• Understand the certifications, technical competencies, domain knowledge, and experience required across strategic partner ecosystems.
• Work with Partner and Delivery leadership to identify capabilities Tudip should build ahead of market demand.
• Recommend training, certification, cross-skilling, and hiring priorities based on partner pipeline.
• Develop dedicated or virtual talent pools for strategic partners and technologies.
• Track whether Tudip has sufficient deployment-ready talent to support partner growth objectives.

Resource Intelligence & Analytics

• Build and maintain dashboards providing leadership visibility into:
• Overall and partner-specific utilization
• Available and upcoming resources
• Bench aging
• Resource demand versus supply
• Skills availability and gaps
• Partner-specific talent pools
• Allocation turnaround time
• Upcoming project roll-offs
• Certification readiness
• Hiring requirements
• Resource cost and project economics
• Use data to identify trends, anticipate constraints, and recommend actions rather than simply reporting numbers.

Key Success Metrics

• Success in this role will be measured through:
• Reduction in average resource allocation turnaround time
• Improvement in billable utilization
• Reduction in bench size and bench aging
• Percentage of partner requirements fulfilled through existing resources
• Accuracy of 30/60/90-day resource forecasts
• Percentage of strategic skills with deployment-ready talent
• Reduction in opportunities delayed due to resource availability
• Improved alignment between hiring, training, and partner pipeline
• Resource deployment economics and margin optimization

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, delivery operations, professional services, IT services, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of resource allocation and utilization within a technology services organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resource demand and supply across multiple projects or business units.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business decisions.
• Ability to understand technology skills and map people to business and project requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across Sales, Partnerships, Delivery, HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Engineering.
• Ability to challenge requests constructively rather than simply processing staffing requirements.
• Strong communication and executive reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities and partner demand can change quickly.

Preferred Experience

• Certinia knowledge
• Experience supporting cloud, data, AI, digital engineering, or other technology partner ecosystems.
• Experience working within an IT services, consulting, professional services, or system integration organization.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as Databricks, Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce, or similar technology platforms.
• Experience with resource management systems, workforce analytics, dashboards, Excel/Power BI, or similar tools
