We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the executive’s working life and communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –
- Good communication skills.
- Facility management and housekeeping reviews.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments with various vendors for each and every category.
- File the details of all the vendors and maintain the contact list.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order for office supplies.
- Book travel arrangements
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders
- Ensure the day to day operations are smooth by generating the preventive maintenance reports and fixing the issues from various vendors.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Reply to admin email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
- Purchase material from different shops after comparing from various shops. .
