About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Program Manager to lead and manage strategic enablement programs for a global sales organization. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Learning & Development, Operations, Product, and other stakeholder teams to ensure high-impact enablement initiatives are planned, executed, and measured effectively.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with hands-on sales enablement experience and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. Experience with learning platforms such as Docebo and familiarity with modern sales and enablement technology ecosystems are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic sales enablement programs, from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and measurement.
- Develop program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, status reporting, and executive-level communication.
- Ensure continuity and momentum across existing enablement initiatives.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with Sales Enablement leaders to deliver programs that improve seller knowledge, skills, productivity, and effectiveness.
- Support initiatives such as new-hire onboarding, continuous/everboarding, product enablement, sales methodology, role-based learning, and field readiness.
- Coordinate enablement programs across different sales roles, regions, and business units.
- Help translate business and sales priorities into actionable enablement programs.
- Track program adoption, learner engagement, completion, and business impact.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Learning & Development, and other stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive decisions, and ensure clear ownership of action items.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders while effectively managing day-to-day execution.
- Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly to leadership.
Learning Technology & Operations
- Work with learning platforms such as Docebo to support program delivery, learner journeys, enrollment, reporting, and analytics.
- Coordinate with learning operations teams to ensure programs are launched and administered effectively.
- Leverage enablement and learning data to identify adoption gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Help streamline processes and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or Field Enablement.
- Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement programs such as onboarding, continuous learning, product enablement, and field readiness.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and quickly taking ownership of existing programs.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to measure program effectiveness and drive decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Docebo or a comparable Learning Management System.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Slack, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting a global enterprise sales organization.
- Experience managing enablement programs across multiple regions and time zones.
- Familiarity with technology, SaaS, cloud, data, or AI organizations.
- Experience stepping into an established program and rapidly assuming ownership with minimal disruption.
What Success Looks Like
- Within the first few weeks, the successful candidate will have developed a strong understanding of the existing enablement portfolio, established relationships with key stakeholders, and taken ownership of priority programs.
- Over the course of the engagement, success will be measured by:
- Consistent and timely execution of strategic enablement programs

- High adoption and engagement across enablement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile
- You are a hands-on program leader who understands both sales enablement strategy and operational execution. You can move comfortably between an executive conversation about enablement priorities and a working session focused on timelines, LMS execution, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Most importantly, you are comfortable stepping into an established environment, quickly building context and relationships, and independently driving programs forward.
