Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning solutions for corporate or academic environments. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and business stakeholders to transform content into high-impact learning assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning content (e-learning, microlearning, ILT, VILT, assessments, simulations).
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather and analyze content and convert it into instructionally sound learning materials.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create learner-centric solutions.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, course outlines, and learning paths.
- Use e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.
- Create measurable assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and knowledge retention.
- Maintain content quality, consistency, branding, and accessibility standards.
- Recommend improvements based on learner feedback, analytics, and performance data.
- Stay updated with instructional design trends, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories (Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Model, etc.).
- Experience with e-learning tools: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, LMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in content design.
