Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. This role requires a blend of strategy, execution, and analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Design end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Define target audience segments, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and leadership teams.

Campaign Execution:

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across:
    • Email marketing
    • Paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
    • Webinars & events
    • Content marketing
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth:

  • Drive lead generation and nurture programs.
  • Partner with sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals.
  • Optimize conversion rates across the funnel.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Analyze KPIs such as:
    • CTR, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution
  • Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Content & Messaging Alignment:

  • Work with content and product marketing teams to create:
    • Campaign assets
    • Landing pages
    • Email sequences
  • Ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, SDRs, Product, Design).
  • Manage external vendors or agencies if needed.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Experience running global or multi-region campaigns.
