Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Program Manager to design, build, and scale our partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for developing partner programs that drive revenue growth, increase market reach, and enhance customer value through strong collaboration with channel partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances.

 

The ideal candidate combines program management expertise with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of partnership lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Program Strategy & Development:

  • Design and implement scalable partner programs aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Define partner tiers, incentives, enablement frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Develop partner onboarding, certification, and engagement processes.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partner communications.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations.

Revenue & Growth:

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and partner ROI.

Enablement & Support:

  • Create partner training materials, toolkits, and sales enablement assets.
  • Work with Marketing to launch co-branded campaigns and events.
  • Ensure partners have access to product updates, roadmap insights, and technical resources.

Program Optimization:

  • Analyze program performance and implement continuous improvements.
  • Gather partner feedback to refine processes and incentives.
  • Manage partner portals, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development.
  • Experience building and managing structured partner programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of channel sales models and ecosystem strategies.
