Position Summary:
We are seeking a Web Content Manager to own the end‑to‑end management of our internal GTM portal—an ecosystem of WordPress pages that serves as the “single source of truth” for always-on enablement. In this role, you will drive strategy, governance, structure, and page‑level content creation with a high degree of autonomy, partnering closely with field stakeholders and subject matter experts.Key Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, governance, and day‑to‑day management of the internal GTM portal, ensuring it remains the authoritative “single source of truth” for AMER field and GTM teams.
- Design and evolve the information architecture, navigation, and page structure across internal pages to ensure content is intuitive, discoverable, and aligned to user needs.
- Create, edit, and publish page content directly in WordPress and Elementor, including layouts, modules, and on‑page copy.
- Act as the primary interlocutor with subject matter experts and field stakeholders to gather requirements, validate accuracy, and translate complex information into clear, user-friendly pages.
- Operate with full autonomy across the portal lifecycle—from intake and prioritization to design, build, QA, and release of new or updated pages.
- Establish and maintain governance standards for the portal (taxonomy, templates, metadata, naming conventions, and page lifecycle rules).
- Conduct regular audits of portal pages to identify outdated, redundant, or low‑value content and drive clean‑up, consolidation, or redesign efforts.
- Monitor portal usage and content performance metrics to identify content gaps and opportunities to improve findability, engagement, and self‑serve effectiveness.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Ops) to ensure portal content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with broader GTM priorities and Databricks standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience managing content in WordPress.
- Proficiency with Elementor for page layout, design, and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of HTML for light customization and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of graphic design principles and tooling to create visually coherent and polished pages.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, user‑friendly internal experiences.
- Experience with API integrations; familiarity with Glean integrations is a plus.
