Position Summary:
The ATP Training Coordinator – Data & AI is responsible for coordinating, governing, and ensuring compliance of training programs under Authorized Training Partner frameworks. The role ensures adherence to ATP standards, curriculum guidelines, reporting requirements, and audit readiness across all training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with Authorized Training Partner (ATP) guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate ATP-approved training schedules, trainers, and delivery formats.
- Maintain learner, trainer, attendance, and certification records.
- Manage training documentation, reports, and audit-ready evidence.
- Monitor training quality, feedback, and corrective actions.
- Act as the primary coordination point between trainers, learners, internal teams, and partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Training Coordination, L&D Operations, or ATP Program Management.
- Working knowledge of Data, Analytics, Cloud, and AI training domains.
- Experience managing compliance-driven or certification-based training programs.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, Excel, and training management tools.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake ATP ecosystems.
- Experience supporting audits or quality frameworks (ATP / CMMI / ISO).
- Knowledge of certification lifecycle and learner credential tracking.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is often preferred.
