Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0-1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles. This position plays a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and building strong business relationships.

Roles and Requirements

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, clearly conveying the value of our products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts while negotiating terms to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to align business objectives with customer requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track and report sales performance, activities, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.

Qualification Required

  • Educational Qualification: BE in any technology but not IT or CSE.
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience,(Freshers preferred, or can apply).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
