Position Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Hunter who thrives on opening new logos and creating net-new revenue. This role is focused on prospecting, outbound sales, discovery, and closing new customers for Testily and VoXgent. The ideal candidate is highly driven, comfortable with cold outreach, and skilled at identifying customer pain points and positioning AI-driven products as solutions.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition (Hunting):
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and geographies.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demo coordination and deal closure.
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Target mid-market and enterprise customers.
Sales Execution:
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and decision criteria.
- Work closely with Product Specialists to deliver compelling product demos of Testily and VoXgent.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial discussions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals independently.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM.
- Track key metrics: leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline value, and closures.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and strong deal hygiene.
Market & Customer Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on prospect conversations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities post initial closure (handover to farming / CS).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales hunting / new logo acquisition role.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Ability to sell value and outcomes—not just features.
- Experience selling to US or global customers is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with a high ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling AI, testing, CX, HRTech, or automation platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience working with Product, Pre-sales, or Solution teams.
- Existing industry network or relationships.
