Position Summary:

We are looking for a Databricks Business Trainer with strong business understanding and communication skills to train non-technical stakeholders on leveraging Databricks for business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data technology and business users by simplifying complex concepts into easy-to-understand business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for business users, clients, and stakeholders.
• Explain business use cases of Databricks across industries (finance, retail, healthcare, etc.).
• Translate technical data concepts into simple business language.
• Develop training materials including presentations, case studies, and documentation.
• Demonstrate how data-driven insights can improve business performance and decision-making.
• Support adoption of Databricks within client organization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align training with real-world implementations.
• Deliver workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis / Pre-sales / Corporate Training,  on  Databricks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of business processes for Databricks and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to simplify complex technical Databricks concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts and tools.
• Experience in stakeholder or client interaction.

Must Have

• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Good understanding of SQL or data querying.
• Experience in corporate training or L&D.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
