Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive with 1+ year of experience in generating leads for IT services and IT products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and generating qualified leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. The role involves building a strong pipeline of prospects and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and a good understanding of the IT industry and B2B sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients for IT services and IT product offerings.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and relevance to company offerings.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems or internal databases.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT services or IT products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting.
  • Strong knowledge of cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software products, or technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.

 

Must Have

  • 1+ year experience in B2B lead generation (preferably IT services/products).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills to identify potential clients.
  • Experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
  • Good communication and coordination with the sales team.

 

Good to Have

  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot.
  • Exposure to B2B sales processes in the IT industry.
  • Experience working with international clients or global markets.
