Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 3–5 years of experience to build scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in server-side development, API design, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and optimize existing applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Ensure security and data protection standards are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of containerization tools like Docker is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
