Position Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic Partner Manager – Product to drive strategic product partnerships, strengthen ecosystem collaborations, and accelerate growth across our product portfolio. If you enjoy building alliances, scaling product adoption through partners, and working at the intersection of business and technology, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with product partners, ISVs, resellers, and platform providers.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Identify market opportunities and align partner capabilities with our product offerings.
  • Drive partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement through training, demos, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to position and scale partner-led solutions.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Support deal closures by working closely with partners on proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
  • Represent the company at partner events, product launches, and industry forums.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Management / Alliances / Channel Sales, preferably in product-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, SaaS models, and platform ecosystems.
  • Experience working with product partners, marketplaces, or ISVs.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and complex deal cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate product value into partner-driven growth.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and platform partnerships.
  • Understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and partner-led growth (PLG 2.0) models.
  • Existing network within the product and startup ecosystem.
  • MBA or Technical Degree preferred.
