Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0–1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Collect and compare quotations to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Raise purchase orders and track them until timely delivery.
- Maintain and update procurement records, documents, and vendor databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material/service requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery timelines, and pending items.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.
- Support negotiations for pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and escalate when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain (freshers can apply).
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes and vendor management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
