Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with over 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, hands-on experience with Databricks, and a proven track record in developing forecasting models to drive data-driven decision-making and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support strategic business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain forecasting models (time series, regression, etc.) for business planning and performance tracking.
• Work extensively with Databricks and Spark for data processing, transformation, and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Optimize data pipelines, queries, and workflows for improved performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a related domain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Experience in building and validating forecasting models.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (AI/BI tools preferred).
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics or machine learning concepts.
