Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in modern DevOps frameworks and possess a deep understanding of infrastructure as code principles. This role involves managing & deploying microservices architecture that requires hands-on approach in automating infrastructure development, with a strong focus on efficiency and scalability. As DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for setup and maintain DevOps tools, Cloud monitoring tools, Cloud security. The DevOps engineer needs to be agile enough to wear a technical hat and manage operations simultaneously. He must need to operate from KBL office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing multi-cloud / hybrid environment such as Azure, AWS and GCP cloud based production systems, to ensure availability, performance, scalability and security of production systems.
• Manage tools for automation and configuration management such as Jenkin, Puppet, Chef, Ansible or any equivalent.
• Work on App Containerization, Docker / Kubernetes / EKS implementation on AWS/ Azure & Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, quality & within budget.
• Work with Application Performance Management (APM) tools such as New Relic, DataDog or any other equivalent log management tool.
• Work on essential Functions System Architecture Process Design and Implementation.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across Service Lines, Platform Managers, Business team and external Suppliers.
• Experience creating and managing Kubernetes cluster and Namespaces.
• Work on migrating Applications from monolithic to microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of with Continuous Integration(CI) and Continuous Deployment(CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, FlexCD, ArgoCD, Spinnaker etc and DevSecOps integration from PR process to Unit Testing, System Testing and deployment.
• Innovate in the development and enhancement of instrumentation for monitoring and logging, ensuring the robustness and availability of services.
• Working knowledge of key value stores, database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), Mongo, MySQL.
• Creating and managing IAM roles and policies.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of writing scripts for integrating applications in pipeline, server infrastructure, Selenium, Checkmarx or alternative solution for SAST and DAST, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Splunk and similar tools.

Qualification Required:

• The candidate should have 6 to 8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.
• Strong background in Windows/ iOS / Linux / Unix Administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in capacity management/patching, load balancer and ingress controllers.
• Experience using DevOps tools such as Terraform, GitHub and Jenkins.
• DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience should be able to implement the provided solutions.
• Hands-on experience in conducting Cloud assessment and migration, especially AWS Infrastructure such as EC2, RDS, Elastic cache, S3, kafka / Kinesis, Lambda etc.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
• Showcase a solid understanding of operating systems concepts, particularly in the context of Linux environments.
• Exhibit hands-on expertise in the installation, configuration, operation, and monitoring of Observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
