Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer (Japanese-speaking) to design and deliver impactful training programs for enterprise learners. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data and cloud technologies, along with the ability to effectively teach and engage Japanese-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual technical training sessions in Japanese.
• Design and develop training materials, hands-on labs, and structured learning paths.
• Train participants on topics such as:
  • Data engineering (ETL, pipelines)
  • Data warehousing and analytics
  • Machine learning fundamentals and workflows
• Assess learner needs and customize training programs accordingly.
• Facilitate interactive sessions including Q&A, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Provide post-training support and enablement to ensure knowledge retention.
• Continuously update content based on evolving technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with global teams to scale and standardize training delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics technologies.
• Proficiency in:
  • Apache Spark (PySpark / Scala)
  • SQL and data modeling
  • Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Fluency in Japanese (mandatory) and good working proficiency in English.
• Proven experience delivering technical trainings, workshops, or enablement programs.
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts for diverse learner groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in data engineering, cloud, or machine learning.
• Experience in curriculum design or instructional design.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale data platforms and implementations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
