Position Summary

The Training Partner Program Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with external training partners. This role will oversee the design, implementation, and management of partner programs that ensure high-quality training delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in both program management and the training and development domain, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Data+AI Innovation & Skills Program
• Develop and manage partnerships with training partners in Singapore, including collaboration model and partnership agreement
• Support building of accelerator program to accelerate innovation of companies in Singapore by working with APJ Marketing team, APJ Field Engineering team, and global Curriculum team
• Send weekly updates on Data+AI Innovation & Skills Program
• Support building of global Training Partner Program
• Proactively reach out to institutions in India to broaden our reach to increase number of learners

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management, program management, training partnership, or partnership operations experience is highly desirable
• Experience in executing wide-ranging projects and work streams to deliver results
• Ability to build rapport and earn trust with various internal and external stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communications (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing priorities, and work on ambiguous tasks/projects
• Experience in developing training partnerships is a plus
• Project or program management certification is a plus
