Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented instructor to deliver industry-tailored Business Impact Accelerator sessions. The role focuses on enabling business users (non-technical audience) to understand how modern data platforms can solve real-world business challenges.

The ideal candidate will translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for stakeholders such as CFOs, supply chain leaders, and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive, high-impact training sessions for business users.
• Translate data platform features into business-relevant insights and use cases.
• Conduct engaging sessions including:
  • Interactive activities (e.g., Data Detective exercises)
  • Live product demonstrations
  • Audience Q&A sessions (large groups)
• Collaborate with internal/customer account teams to:
  • Understand client requirements
  • Customize session content based on industry and data maturity
• Deliver live demonstrations using platform environments and handle real-time troubleshooting.
• Maintain high engagement levels throughout sessions with effective pacing and facilitation techniques.
• Adapt content delivery based on evolving tools, materials, and audience needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong business communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, outcome-driven language.
• Working knowledge of at least one domain:
  • Finance (Office of the CFO)
  • Manufacturing (Operations & Supply Chain)
  • Marketing analytics
• Proven experience in facilitating large group sessions and workshops.
• Ability to conduct live product demonstrations confidently.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern data platform tools and environments.
• Experience working with lab or sandbox environments.
• Experience delivering sessions to business or executive audiences.
• Multilingual capabilities (French, Japanese, Korean preferred).
• Experience working with global partners or delivery teams.
