Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist with 3+ years of experience in handling US-based onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with US regulations, and delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for US-based employees/clients.
- Coordinate with candidates to collect required documentation (I-9, W-4, ID proofs, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies.
- Initiate and track background verification and drug screening processes.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and compliance teams for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (ATS/HRIS).
- Communicate onboarding status updates to stakeholders.
- Address candidate queries and resolve onboarding-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding within defined SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in US onboarding / HR operations.
- Strong understanding of US employment documentation and compliance.
- Experience with ATS/HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
