Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience in Business Development, sales, or related roles and will play a key part in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening business relationships. Roles and Requirements:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services or products.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and management) to align on business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track and report on sales performance, activities, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.

Qualification Required:

  • Educational Qualification: Any graduate from a reputed institute.
  • Having a minimum of 1+ years of experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
