Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager with a strong background in internal communications and program/event management to lead key internal enablement and communication initiatives. Based in Singapore, this role requires a creative communicator with the ability to design and deliver high-impact employee programs, events, and multimedia content that enhance engagement, collaboration, and alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Event Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events, training programs, webinars, and town halls.
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth logistics, messaging alignment, and audience engagement.
    • Monitor and evaluate event success through feedback and analytics.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Develop and deliver engaging internal communication strategies and content across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital signage, newsletters, etc.).
    • Craft compelling messages to promote key initiatives, policy updates, leadership communications, and cultural moments.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and tone across platforms.
  • Multimedia Content Creation:
    • Create and manage short-form videos, infographics, and digital content for internal campaigns and announcements.
    • Build and update internal webpages using company CMS tools (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress, or similar platforms).
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, and Business Units to support communication rollouts and training initiatives.
    • Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams for improving employee awareness and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, internal communications, or event management.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing internal events and enablement programs.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Experience in creating short-form videos and web content.
  • Proficiency in communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
  • Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) and basic HTML is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Based in Singapore and willing to work in a hybrid or in-office setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in event management or employee engagement.
  • Experience working in global or regional teams within a corporate or tech environment.
  • Exposure to internal branding and cultural transformation programs.
