Job Summary:

We seek an experienced GTM specialist to drive awareness and adoption of our enablement content and certification offerings.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Strategy Development:
  • Establish holistic GTM strategies in key regions leveraging diverse communication channels for Enablement content and certifications
  • Identify effective internal and external communication channels
• Promotion & Engagement:
  • Generate buzz and awareness around new offerings, updates, and releases through compelling campaigns and promotions.
  • Develop and execute communication plans, leveraging various channels (e.g., email, social media, webinars, events) to drive customer and partner engagement.
  • Leverage marketing tools to optimize promotional efforts and track metrics
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional enablement teams to tailor approaches based on internal and external needs.
  • Leverage SMEs and thought leader expertise to promote offerings.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze performance data and feedback to refine GTM strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging channels
• You’ll thrive in this role with:
  • Proven GTM experience, ideally in enablement/training or tech industries
  • Excellent communication skills and storytelling abilities
  • Deep marketing expertise across digital channels and analytics
  • Familiarity with release management processes and their integration with GTM
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive improvements
  • Collaborative nature with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
