Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Onsite Project Coordinator to oversee and manage project activities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and delivery excellence. This role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate tasks, address challenges, and meet project goals within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site liaison between the client and the project team.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved as per the agreed-upon schedule
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status reviews to align expectations and address concerns.
  • Task Management:
    • Assign and monitor tasks for on-site and off-site teams to ensure completion within scope.
    • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
    • Track and report project performance metrics, including budget, scope, and quality compliance.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and issue logs.
    • Provide feedback and lessons learned to improve future project execution. 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Sales or a related field.
  • 0- 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an on-site capacity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools  and productivity software (Google Suite).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic project requirements and client needs.
