Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Program Manager to design, implement, and manage our global partner programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in partner ecosystems, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will help scale our partnership initiatives, drive partner engagement, and accelerate growth through effective program structures and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development & Management:
- Design and implement scalable partner programs, including onboarding, enablement, and certification processes.
- Define key success metrics and continuously optimize program offerings based on partner feedback and performance data.
- Partner Engagement & Enablement:
- Develop engagement plans to strengthen relationships with existing and new partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively sell and support our solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to align partner strategy with business objectives.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor partner performance and program effectiveness; create dashboards and reports to share insights with leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement using data-driven strategies and partner feedback.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to program guidelines, contracts, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel programs, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to develop and manage scalable partner programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking KPIs and ROI from partner initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, PRM platforms).
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
