Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that empower our sales team to sell complex technical products and solutions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and a passion for learning and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions focused on technical product knowledge, industry trends, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales leadership teams to translate complex technical information into clear, sales-friendly content.
- Create onboarding programs for new sales hires to ramp up their product knowledge and sales effectiveness quickly.
- Design assessments, role-plays, and certifications to evaluate knowledge retention and skills application.
- Continuously improve training materials based on feedback, sales performance data, and product updates.
- Support ongoing learning initiatives, such as webinars, workshops, and sales bootcamps.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
- Act as a coach and mentor to sales team members during and after training sessions.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or sales enablement roles.
- 2+ years of experience designing and delivering sales or technical training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital training tools (e.g., Lessonly, Gong, Zoom, etc.).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions or events.
